Arvi Kemppi: Inkerinsuomalaisia lauluja

Kuvaus

Arvi Kemppi (1931-2008) was from Ingermanland, north from Leningrad, as it was still called at that time. His fine voice was created already as a child while singing folk songs. For decades he performed as a soloist with the Red army choir. Arvi Kemppi died last autumn and his debut record is now published posthume. The record includes 17 Ingerian folk songs, collected by Kemppi himself.
