Ulla Katajavuori (1909-2001) was an extremely popular kanteleplayer. She performed a lot in Finland and all over the world. This album offers a cross section of her program – from folkmusic to compositions of Merikanto and Sibelius. The most of the tunes are recordings made by the YLE 1930-1979.
